Does Last Podcast on the Left ship internationally?
Yes! All international packages will be shipped using USPS First-Class International.
We ship everything directly from our studio HQ in the US, and are unable to negotiate lower prices for overseas shipping. If you have concerns about shipping costs, please note that it's something we plan to keep working on.
Note: The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not in English, we may attempt to translate it. This may create an inaccurate address. It is your responsibility to provide us with the address that will best ensure a safe delivery.
How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?
We provide shipping estimates at checkout for your review. Shipping rates vary by destination.

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
We fulfill all orders Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. It is currently taking us up to five business days to process an order once it has been placed. Delivery times vary based by destination:
- Domestic Orders are taking about 3 to 7 business days
- International Orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks
We will email you a tracking number once your item ships.
Will I get charged customs/import duties on my order?
While we do our best to make sure that no country would have to put a customs charge on your package, unfortunately, we do not have final say. It is up to your country's import regulations to impose additional fees or import duties on packages.
If you have received a charge other than what you paid for the item and its shipping fees through our site, we recommend that you contact your local customs agent to get more information on the charge or import duty.
Do you provide refunds/exchanges?
We provide refunds and exchanges only for damaged or defective items. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes, and encourage you to check out our shirt sizing charts before ordering to avoid any headaches. We have a 7-day limit on refund and return requests. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
When should I expect my refund?
If you haven't received a refund within 5 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
